$80K - $100K base salary ( pro rata)  + super + commissions

OTE $150K - $180K per annum
Part time role. 24 hours per week

About Us:
We’re an Australian based Business Coaching and Advisory company called exyt™ and we’re dedicated to helping remove the founder of the business from the day to day operations in 500 days or less. We provide business solutions, tools and resources to help our Members through our exyt™ Accelerator program. 
We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Account Manager / Relationship Manager ( which we call Performance Managers) to join the exyt™ Coaching Team. We have a proven coaching methodology and program that is solely focused on helping founders and business owners remove themselves from their business. 
Reporting directly to the Head of Coaching, you will be required to build relationships and provide support to our members to ensure we deliver on helping them reach their goals whether that is to become a better leader, hire an awesome team or ultimately exyt™ their business.  
We have worked with 1000 businesses, this is a proven opportunity with plenty of testimonials. 
You will be part of a team, and we like it that way. Some of our team work from our Sydney office, fast internet, cool people, private phone booths, good coffee on the doorstep, water nearby. This is a hybrid role that will also allow you to WFH a few days a week. 
Your earning potential is a function of your commitment to your craft, and desire to be elite. Comms are uncapped from us, and the OTE for this role ( especially because it’s part time) is INSANELY attractive. 

 

About You:
To be successful with us, you need strong relationship management and sales skills, plus a true passion for helping others. You must be self motivated, time efficient and a team player. 
You will have extensive experience in managing a portfolio of members (clients) , as well as expertise in growing an existing client base. 
You would describe yourself as a people person. You find it easy to build rapport. Your personal and professional background means you find it easy to talk to people and business owners at any stage of their life. 
You will be 100% responsible for making results-driven decisions and be confident working towards high member satisfaction/happiness, high retention rates and company goals. 
You will be upgrading members from the front end offer to the back end offer and you will be paid commissions for these upgrades. 
You will take full ownership of managing your accounts, implementing communication strategies, managing the check in process & tracking member results. 
We run a group coaching model with a hybrid delivery of group calls and 1:1 support.
We have a strong infrastructure and systems behind our model which has been proved to deliver epic client results. We expect a part time person to be able to comfortably manage 50 members and the admin tasks that come with it. 
We are looking for someone with business acumen, someone who knows how a small to medium size business runs and operates. 
You are results focused and generally just a good human( who loves a bit of banter) most importantly; you are ready to hold yourself and our members to a high standard. 

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Understand our members, their pains, frustrations and challenges and provide clear suggestions on how to overcome them by using our training and methodologies ( full training and extensive in-house support will be provided on our methodologies) 
  • Ability to problem solve in real time, diagnose our member problems and then direct them to the appropriate training or resource in our member portal. 
  • Take full responsibility for the member journey & satisfaction with your allotted portfolio.. 
  • Conduct 1:1 accountability sessions, check ins weekly with members
  • Keep detailed notes of calls/ interactions on our CRM.
  • Measuring and monitoring performance progress and results, collating material/ success stories that can be passed onto the Marketing team. 
  • Attend weekly group Q&A coaching calls via Zoom and extra 1-1 support calls when needed, as well as day-to-day comms via FB and email and our internal portal.
  • Be comfortable working to a session agenda with set call times of 20-30 mins with back to back calls scheduled
  • Provide accountability to members, keeping them on track and dealing with any challenges as they come up
  • Working closely with the Head of Coaching to upgrade members into our back end program (if they meet the requirements)
  • Reporting any feedback to the team in our morning huddle. 
  • Work closely with our sales team to ensure a smooth handover after the client has signed up to our programmes. 
  • Maintain a professional online and face to face image, in line with our brand.

 

Key Requirements:

  • Minimum of 4 years account management and sales experience, plus the results and knowledge to prove it (alternative advisory experience may be accepted) 
  • An interest in psychology and human performance. 
  • Deep understanding of the account management / relationship management world, and everything included.
  • Experience working in a KPI driven environment. 
  • Proven ability to hit internal sales targets.
  • Knowledge of entrepreneurial and corporate business concepts and functions. 
  • Ability to connect and build rapport with a wide variety of business owners, from lawyers to construction and everything in between.
  • Experience in end to end member journey & communications strategies.
  • Strong project & time management.
  • Working knowledge of CRM systems. 
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, leadership, coaching, and conflict resolution skills.
  • You’re a legitimate good human with good vibes like the rest of us.
  • We are looking for people who have the ability to prioritise us, our members and our company. If you have an existing business or client base you are looking to supplement - then we aren't the right fit for you. 
  • This role will be 24hours per week and your office days will be Tuesday and Wednesday with the other days as WFH. 
  • Your weekly hours will predominately fall on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday. You will be needed to be online for one hour per day on Monday and Friday's.
