- Manage Accounts Payable, Purchase Orders, and Contracts.
- Facilitate Capital Payments and maintain CAPEX tracking.
- Administer leases, generate rent rolls, and ensure compliance.
- Complete client reporting and assist with budgeting and forecasting.
- Handle internal reporting requirements.
- Assist with outgoings, audits and valuations.
- Collaborate within the team and support various projects.
- Maintain financial documentation and address stakeholder queries promptly.
