ABOUT THE ROLE

We are seeking an experienced and driven Performance Marketing & e-Commerce Specialist to join the team at Lotte Oceania.

YOUR DUTIES WILL INCLUDE

• Plan, execute & drive media campaigns in line with Marketing strategy to meet key performance metrics
• Innovate digital strategy (SEO/SEM, paid media)
• Strive to constantly optimize digital marketing activities to improve ROI (CTR, conversion rates)
• Allocate budgets & analyse/recommend modifications to ad spends
• Provide post-campaign analyses and reporting key findings to the business
• Working with Merchandise team to manage promotional calendars for e-Marketplaces
• Assist in the management, liaison and optimization of Chinese social media channels together with Social Media Coordinator

ABOUT YOU

Essential

• 3+ years Marketing experience in Ecommerce Coordinator / Management
• Tertiary education within Marketing & Communications / Digital Marketing / Ecommerce
• Strong experience in all digital channels including on-line, social and mobile
• Experience in retail industry  
• Proven ability to operate on-the-tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, Zoom, WebEx, Mail Chimp, WeChat, Weibo, Canvas)
• Advanced written and oral communication skills
• Experience in successfully designing, planning, implementing and evaluating Performance Marketing campaigns
• Ability to interpret conceptual ideas in order to oversee the appropriate marketing solutions
• Attention to detail & excellent organisation skills
• Project management skills
• Proven negotiation experience
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, super agile, high-performance and creative marketing team
