Job Description
Working as our local area Marketing Specialist, you will become an integral part of the Genea Melbourne team by providing marketing operational and event support, seamlessly executing marketing activities with brand consistency, timeliness and strong stakeholder engagement.
Your scope of duties will include;
Event Coordination - Develop the objectives and marketing requirements for the events. Engage, brief and project manage stakeholders to ensure seamless roll-out of events including creation of events checklist, development of marketing materials, salesforce campaign set-up, website landing page creation, and social advertising.
Marketing collateral management - Monitor and manage stock levels of marketing collateral on the marketing portal, in warehouses and with printers, ensuring stock is replenished to sufficient levels. Create new and update existing collateral as required.
Collaborate with cross functional teams across the business, developing strong relationships and providing exceptional internal customer service.
Provide general administrative and coordination support to the Melbourne team, assisting with project work and ad hoc duties as required.
Key to this role will be adaptability, we need someone with a team minded approach who is happy to roll their sleeves up and get involved. The position is a good mix of operational tasks, plus the opportunity to take some ownership and get creative – perfect for someone who is keen to take a step up.
Qualifications
Our perfect match would be someone who has some (3+ years) experience working across Marketing, events or project management and is now ready to increase their scope and responsibility in a part time (3 days per week) 12 month contract.
As the sole marketing support for our Melbourne clinics your days will be demanding yet rewarding.
