Job description

This role is responsible for key marketing campaign performance and execution management. Developing key strategies for growth. Project managing, scheduling, and delivering high quality campaigns, driving customer growth and supporting the wider marketing team achieve overarching performance. It's a key role as it will manage and execute high-quality marketing campaigns, both digital and print - as well as supporting the Marketing team with projects and initiatives.Job DescriptionKey Accountabilities

  • Project Management - Strategically plan and project manage campaigns schedules diligently (with all active and planned campaigns from beginning to end). These campaigns are omni-channel, with a significant digital component (EDMs, landing pages etc). The role work closely with the digital team on a number of campaigns.
  • This will include execution of marketing campaigns, preparing EDMs, creating digital ads and banners, creating high quality printed materials, advertorials and social campaigns.
  • Marketing Execution - Deliver high quality acquisition marketing plans and compelling campaign materials with clear and compliant offers, delivering on time, on budget and in the most cost-effective manner. Write and edit copy in these materials as required.
  • Reporting - Prepare and deliver performance reports internally and to external partners using platforms to source your metrics, for example Google Analytics, Power BI and Salesforce.
  • Account Management - Support the Marketing Campaign Manager with key partnerships as well as internal stakeholders and suppliers. Help manage relationships with associations, selected alliances, partners, creative production and reporting.
Key Responsibilities
  • Campaigns & Projects - The execution of other projects as identified from time to time as the business requires. These may include writing copy, PR promotion, research and other initiatives.
  • Support business development - Supporting business development and onboarding of new partnerships.
  • Compliance and quality control - Ensuring all creative collateral is executed on brand and as per marketing and compliance plans, proof reading and coordinating approval/sign off.
  • Internal relationships - Building strong internal relationships with Legal & Compliance, Sales Team, Underwriting Team, Sales Care Team, Quality Assurance Team, Client Services Team, Product and Finance Teams.
  • Support team - Provide support to the Marketing Manager, Business Development Manager and CMO, position yourself as a brand advocate for NobleOak and drive an optimistic, engaging, and disciplined implementation culture. Help on wider marketing projects as required.
  • Continuous improvement - Taking part in training and other learning opportunities to expand knowledge of company and position.
  • Delivery focus - Strive to exceed all metrics and KPIs while producing excellent campaign materials and providing excellent consistent customer service.

Desired Skills and ExperienceEssential Skills & Experience
  • Five years of experience in a marketing role with a relevant marketing/communications or similar qualification.
  • Work experience of three+ years in marketing communications - website strategy, lead generation campaigns, promotions and advertising.
  • Experience in Account Management and Business Development support.
  • Experience working with digital marketing platforms and tools, including Salesforce, Google Ads, LinkedIn Advertising, CMS and eDM platforms and tools.
  • Experience with creative suites, including Photoshop, InDesign, Figma and Canva.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication.
  • Focus on developing and executing end-to-end successful marketing strategies and campaigns.
  • Ability to work collaboratively across departments and with external partners and agencies.
  • Creative thinker with strong problem-solving and business skills.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organisational and project management abilities.
  • Ability to multi task across several campaigns and external partners.
