- Establishing new projects, including registers, templates, repositories, and tools and develop key project management documentation and artefacts for the Start Up and Initiation Stages.
- Plan, manage and deliver the project activities and resources to achieve the required outcomes within the project timeframes and budget with high standards of professionalism and ethics.
- Liaise closely with all project stakeholders including Project Executives, Project Board Members, Senior Users, Senior Suppliers as well as Senior Management, the PMO Director, PMO Controls and Assurance Manager and the Delivery Manager.
- Identify, assess and manage risks, issues, dependencies, priorities, progress to milestones and budget, conflicts and provide regular and accurate reporting to stakeholders.
- Ensure appropriate project governance and assurance activities are in place for the project including Project Boards updates to the Technology & Strategy Board and gating requirements.
- Minimum 5+ years project management experience delivering key projects with significant technology components.
- PRINCE2, Agile or other relevant Project Management certification.
- Proficient in MS Office applications, MS Project Server/Online.
- Portfolio/program experience in business transformation with significant IT components.
- Experience in vendor management.
