What you’ll be doing:
The objective of the Performance Marketing Specialist role is to drive flight and ancillary revenue through the bottom of the marketing funnel, working with our media activation agency and broader business stakeholders to do so. This includes the management of our paid search channel which is a key revenue driver with a large budget. The role is also a key contributor to the audience strategy across all paid media, including CDP activation and personalisation. Working closely with the digital analytics team the role also enables broader marketing activity through paid media in relation to mar-tech and digital tracking.
You’ll be great in this role if you:
- Have a tertiary or equivalent business qualification
- Come with at least 3 years of digital experience ideally with a focus on search and display
- Are highly experienced (advanced user) with digital analytics tools such as Adobe Analytics or Google Analytics
- Have strong experience in executing inbound traffic strategies for websites and other digital platforms
- Come with a proven project management, employing agile project management techniques and processes to ensure individual and team-wide tasks are completed with effectiveness
- Have solid knowledge of Digital Marketing principles
- Know SEM like the back of your hand
- Have worked with Programmatic Display and Social Media analysis and reporting tools
- Understand web tracking and third-party tags
- Have a natural ability to work with data and provide analysis and insight
