As part of our growth strategy, we recently launched our products and services to specialist Agribusiness Brokers with high levels of interest and a positive outlook for success. To assist us, we are looking to expand our team with motivated and experienced individuals who can work with our Business Development Managers to deliver exceptional outcomes to customers introduced via our third-party channel.
As an Agribusiness Relationship Manager, you’ll get to:
- Increase market share in target markets and identify opportunities for deepening customer relationships and referring opportunities to our partners as appropriate.
- Proactively contribute to the successful delivery of key initiatives.
- Prepare concise, accurate and timely loan proposals and reviews whilst ensuring the quality of credit assessment and ongoing management is maintained.
- Identify ways to appropriately assist customers to access finance to grow their business and in turn their communities and regional wealth.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with Key Business Influencers by proactively networking and developing new relationship with potential future customers.
This is a full time, permanent position based out of Warrnambool, Hamilton, Geelong or Ballarat however is mobile as travel by vehicle to visit customers on farm and attend field days and networking events is required. We offer flexible work options that put our people first, with a hybrid model of minimum 2 days in office per week.
Given you will travel over 15,000kms/pa this role qualifies for a Job Required Vehicle. With a co-contribution the vehicle may also qualify for personal use.

To be successful you will have:
- Growth mindset and can-do attitude. Confident and thrive in a problem-solving environment.
- Strong background working in Agribusiness commerce, finance or banking, including complex lending, credit and deposit areas.
- Experience working as a broker or banking/customer relationship manager in agriculture or agribusiness (advantageous).
- Understanding of agriculture and farming, including season conditions and relevant market conditions.
- A clean driver’s license and be available to travel intra-state and at times inter-state.
