- Create, execute, and report on high-quality Performance Test artefacts such as requirements matrices, Performance Test cases, defects etc. and adhere to section standards and guidelines.
- Coach, mentor, and provide on-the-job training to Junior and Trainee members of the Performance Test team.
- Create and maintain documentation to support Performance Test delivery, meet reporting obligations, and define quality standards for the Performance Test team.
- Initiate, build, and maintain strong stakeholder relationships between the Performance Test team and the ICT Division, business, and operational areas.
- Tailor your communication (written and verbal) to respective audiences.
- Contribute to strategic thinking and innovation within the Performance Test team to increase efficiencies in delivery of quality outcomes, and advocate for the team and its benefits across the organisation.
- Provide limited technical advice on applications, systems, environments, data and tools (etc.) to the Performance Test team and stakeholders to facilitate test project delivery.
