- Learn how to create and execute high-quality Performance test artefacts such as requirements matrices, Performance test cases/scripts, defects etc. and adhere to section standards and guidelines.
- Work with a coach and/or mentor and receive on-the-job training on Performance testing.
- Learn to maintain documentation to support Performance test delivery, meet reporting obligations, and define quality standards for the Performance test team.
- Learn how to initiate, build, and maintain strong stakeholder relationships between the Performance test team and across the ICT Division, business, and operational areas with support from the team.
