About the role
The position offered is at Healesville Operating theatre, we are advertising for an experienced perioperative nurse with previous scrub scouting and/ or PACU/Anaesthetic experience to join our amazing team at Healesville. We have only one theatre at Healesville and it is covered by the Eastern Health consultant surgeons and consultant anaesthetists and we cover specialities such as general, gynaecology, endoscopy and colorectal and operate Monday to Wednesday and we are looking for an experienced perioperative nurse to join our team.
About you
To be successful in this role you will possess:

• Previous perioperative experience
• Current RN grade 2 registration with AHPRA
• Post Graduate qualifications in perioperative or ICU nursing desirable
• Highly developed interpersonal and leadership experience
• A strong commitment to high quality care
• The ability to work as part of a diverse team
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
