About the Opportunity

Scrub Scout / Plastics, ENT, Orthopaedics

Looking to upskill and enhance your career? You will be supported by a perioperative educator and experienced preceptors to grow your clinical and future management skills and take on new opportunities in the Perioperative Department.
Reporting to the Nurse Unit Manager, the successful candidate will require the flexibility to work evening, weekend and on-call shifts.
Your Skills and Experience
Relevant current registration with AHPRA
Minimum 2 years’ experience in perioperative nursing
Enrolled Nurses will be medication endorsed and IV qualified
Experience in an area of specialty – Scrub Scout / Endoscopy / Anaesthetic nursing is essential
Post graduate qualifications in Perioperative Nursing specialities will be highly regarded
Remuneration
On offer is a base hourly rate ranging from:
Registered Nurses: $33.55 - $46.39 + superannuation based on experience level and qualifications, exclusive of penalties or allowances. (VIC RN/Midwife gr1-gr8) [FTE $66,300 - $91,673.40]
Enrolled Nurses: $30.51 - $35.71 + superannuation based on experience level and qualifications, exclusive of penalties or allowances. (VIC EEN gr1-gr8) [FTE $60,286.20 - $70,566.60]

Requirements
Everyone who joins Ramsay:
Must be vaccinated against Covid-19, a vaccine approved by the Australian Technical Advisory Group on Immunisation
Must provide a National Police check conducted within the previous 12 months
According to the role, Ramsay may require a Working-With-Children check and proof of immunisation against infectious diseases
