Location: SydneyWe have partnered with multiple organisations that are looking to embark on a transformative journeys to redefine their enterprise operating model. We are seeking a visionary leaders to support the change management practice within these programs. - Develop and champion a comprehensive change management strategy aligned with our vision for operating model transformation
- Assess the organisational landscape, identifying barriers to change and opportunities for alignment, synergy, and innovation
- Design and implement tailored change interventions, leveraging best practices in change management, organizational design, and leadership development
- Lead organisational / operating model end to end from design through execution
- Partner with senior leaders to define clear objectives, milestones, and success criteria for the transformation journey
- Demonstrated experience leading change strategy and execution for complex and enterprise operating model transformations
- Experience delivering high profile change initiatives at an executive level
- Deep expertise in change management methodologies, organisational development, and transformational leadership practices
- Excellent communication and storytelling skills, with a knack for distilling complex ideas into clear, compelling narratives
- Big 4 consulting experience is highly advantageous
