The Role
The Perioperative Services Manager will provide leadership, management and coordination of Waikiki Private Hospital Perioperative Services, comprising of two theatres, recovery and holding bay, CSSD and Endoscopy. You will be accountable for the efficient and effective management of all human and material resources within the services. The role encompasses planning, implementing and evaluating practices, processes and services. This position requires team work to achieve excellence in care delivery in line with best practice and legislative requirements.

- Responsible and accountable for the financial outcomes of the Perioperative Services, achieving performance targets
- Responsible for ensuring the Perioperative Services comply with statutory requirements and associated regulatory bodies
- Always strives for excellence be actively involved in the development and implementation of clinical governance and risk management

- Demonstrate excellent communication skills

Selection Criteria
- Ability to work within and contribute to the values of Waikiki Private Hospital
- You will hold a qualification in Health Management / Leadership .
- The position requires current registration with AHPRA, with a current licence to practice as a registered nurse
- Minimum of three years experience working in a leadership position within the perioperative area
- Demonstrated senior leadership experience with exceptional clinical knowledge
- Completion of a leadership program is desirable
