About the role:
- Perform a vital role in giving and modeling a holistic approach to the education, development, and care of children in our care with a focus on the physical, emotional, and psychological wellbeing of the child to inspire children's curiosity to create and explore their environment.
- Observe children in your care guiding, encouraging, and inspiring learning and self-awareness, documenting their experiences, and evaluating their daily care routines.
- Build caring and respectful relationships with the children in your care to meet their needs by maintaining routines and structures
- Prioritise an environment that is: safety first for children in our care and fellow team members, aesthetically uplifting and culturally welcoming, and positive.
- Regularly communicate and leverage the skills of other Educators, Educational Leaders, and other Educational specialists about your learning experiences and developing skill sets.
- Availability to work to a flexible roster and hours.
About you

- You are passionate and committed to seeing every child achieve their full potential.
- You have a solid and demonstrable understanding of Child Safety and Child Safe Organisations
- You hold an ACECQA Diploma Qualification in Children’s Services
- You have previous experience as a Lead or Assistant Educator.
- You have good practical knowledge of EYLF 2.0
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Have experience with online documentation.
- Current First Aid Certificate including Asthma and Anaphylaxis
- Current Working with Children Check/ Blue Card/Exemption Card Status
