At Farm Finance Co, we seek to provide an industry leading and face-to-face relationship first service to our clients, as we assist them in managing all facets of their banking needs.
This newly created role will be a vital part in allowing us to deliver on this commitment to our clients.
The Role
- Attending client meetings with brokers, taking comprehensive and accurate notes for file references and to enable completion of follow up tasks
- Answering of client calls and administrative queries
- Email inbox and response management
- Online document filing
- Printing, reviewing and completing client documents and forms accurately
- Engaging with key stakeholders including clients, clients professionals (such as accountants, solicitors & advisors) and banks
- Support in managing of social media and greater business marketing
Key Requirements
To be successful in this role, the individual must be professional, self-motivated, proactive, and reliable. They must have exceptional time management skills, be efficient, and able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment to meet deadlines and prioritise tasks effectively.
This will be a demanding but highly rewarding role.
Knowledge & Experience
Applicant must be experienced in Windows operating systems as well as Outlook, Excel, Word and Adobe Acrobat. Experience in Microsoft Planner & Microsoft Tasks will be valuable but not essential. To complete daily tasks, you must be comfortable with utilising a wide range of programs simultaneously - including in house programs as well as bank and key stakeholder provided programs and portals.
Understanding of financials statements and budgets will be beneficial but not essential.
For applicants with the right attitude and base skills but minimal finance industry experience, on the job training can be provided.
Remuneration will be paid in line with experience.
