What will you be doing in this role:
Join a sales duo that invests in coaching and mentoring to refine their skills and be their best! Work in a high-performing team where you will manage aspects of sales administration, marketing and client care. You will coordinate styling, managing exchanges and compliances, and more. This role offers autonomy and variety, so no two days will be the same.
- Diary and email management
- Book all marketing and manage approvals with Vendors
- Coordinate stylists, maintenance work to get properties to the market
- Put proposals and agency agreements together
- Order contracts, exchange & settlement paperwork, sales compliance
- Assist with agent marketing and property marketing
- Liaison with buyers, solicitors, vendors, suppliers
- Manage the database and update regularly
- Run the team, coordinate team meetings and events
- Organise client gifts
- Coordinate auction packs and post auction compliance
The right candidate will have:
- Proactive with the ability to always be a step ahead
- Razor sharp attention to detail
- Passionate about real estate and offering 5 star customer service
- Confident with the sales process and sales compliance
- The ability to work autonomously and to deadlines
- Immaculate presentation and confident communication skills
- A current Certificate of Registration
- A valid NSW drivers licence and reliable care
- Flexibility to help on the occasional Saturday in peak periods
