ABOUT THE ROLE
The position of Personal Assistant (PA) to one of our highly skilled Oral Maxillofacial Surgeon’s is a crucial member of a dedicated administrative team committed to providing efficient administrative services for the Oromax Clinic and Day Surgery operations.
The PA operates with a high level of professionalism and collaboration as the primary contact for the Surgeon with responsibility for the overall management for his diary and clinical needs. The duties involve a mix of routine medical administration tasks, including preparation of consulting and theatre lists, patient bookings and communicating with patients and other stakeholders.
ABOUT YOU
You are experienced medical Personal Assistant, ideally with experience in the dental industry, and have built strong relationships with your managers, to understand their individual styles, requirements and anticipate their needs.
Your ability to build effective working relationships will be built upon your:
- Proficiency with Word, Excel & Outlook
- Highly organised approached to work
