Are you wanting to enter the Real Estate industry or are an experienced Personal Assistant? We are offering a great opportunity for a Personal Assistant to work beside our principal. Working along side an experienced real estate agent, you will have the opportunity to learn about real estate.
This position is available to part time or 9am to 2.30pm Monday to Friday.
You must have:
- A valid driver’s license
- Basic experience in Property Management is favourable but not essential
- Great customer service skills
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
- Keen attention to detail
- Ability to work both with as an assistant or independently
- Time management and organisation skills
- Intermediate computer skills
Responsibilities will be:
- Answering calls and walk in enquiries
- Creating reports and forms
- Communicating with Tenants and Tradesman
- Marketing and advertising duties
- Assisting Principal in Property Management and Sales
