As part of our continued growth, we are seeking a highly motivated and organised individual to join our team as a Personal Assistant to the General Manager of Shared Services.
Role Overview:
As the Personal Assistant to the General Manager of Shared Services, you will play a pivotal role in providing high-level administrative support to the General Manager and indirectly to the Directors of the business. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a wide range of tasks and ensuring the smooth operation of daily activities within the organisation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary point of contact for the General Manager and Directors, managing their schedules, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Coordinate and prioritise incoming communications, including emails, phone calls, and correspondence.
- Prepare and distribute reports, presentations, and documents for meetings and presentations.
- Assist in organising and coordinating company events, meetings, and conferences.
- Assist with project management tasks, including research, data analysis, and coordination of project activities.
- Conduct research and compile information as required by the General Manager and Directors.
- Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless communication and workflow.
Experience Required:
- Previous experience as a Personal Assistant is preferred.
- Strong organisational and time-management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritise effectively.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion.
- Proactive and resourceful with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
