This position is an administration role in a small Real Estate business. Would ideally suit someone who has experience managing an office or previous PA position and now only wishing to work 3 days per week. Some tasks include answering emails/phone & processing applications, front desk duties, managing diary, completing admin tasks for the owner of business including Sales and Property Management tasks & working with VA (virtual assistant) in helping answer her queries and/or tasks.
- 3 Days per week (prefer Monday, Wed & Thursday if possible)
- Minimum 4 years Admin experience
- Proficient computer skills & learning new systems
- Excellent communication skills to maintain and manage deadlines/priorities and communication via emails / phone.
- In office duties required (not work from home)
- Must have good sense of humour as we like to have fun :-)
