We are currently recruiting for a Personnel Assistant to support the CEO of an esteemed automotive car dealership company. This is available for both Part time and/or full-time hours, permanent position based in Mount Eliza, Victoria. While previous experience as a Personal Assistant is not mandatory, we are seeking a sharp individual with exceptional interpersonal, time management, and organisational skills.
Additional Information:
This role involves providing support to the CEO and his family, who have recently relocated to Melbourne, Australia. While the CEO's existing Executive Assistant manages travel and diary arrangements from Toronto, there is a need for a Personal Assistant based in Melbourne to provide long-term support. The role primarily focuses on managing a busy schedule and may involve occasional out-of-office tasks
Description
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate daily morning meetings to plan tasks for the day/week.
- Coordinate meetings and events, including booking venues, arranging catering, and preparing materials.
- Manage schedules efficiently.
- Oversee project management tasks.
- Occasionally facilitate the son's school runs and drop-offs if needed.
Profile
Requirements/ about you:
- Valid driver's license.
- Access to a car for transportation.
- Previous PA experience is desired, however newly recruits keen to pursue PA role may be considered based on the individual personnel skill set.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Attention to detail and accuracy in all work.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Previous experience in an administrative or support role is preferred but not required.
Job Offer
Salary: $85,000 - $100,000 annual, plus Super.
