Personal Assistant to support 2 Partners in our
Project & Infrastructure Advisory division. This role will also provide administrative support to the wider
Project & Infrastructure Advisory team. This position would be ideally suited to a candidate who is seeking a role where they can help drive a positive team culture, whilst contributing new and creative ideas.
Key Responsibilities- Support P&I team with daily / weekly / monthly administration tasks (i.e. fees, payment of invoices, travel arrangements, conflict checks etc)
- Support P&I team with bid and project support
- Support P&IA partners with broader firm requirements (i.e. reporting, database management)
- Contribution to team meetings and events
Ideally you’ll have:
- Previous experience as a Practice/Personal Assistant in a professional environment
- Ability to build rapport and liaise with external executives and peers
- High level organisation and time management skills
- Strong attention to detail and compliance with policy and procedures
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Initiative and problem solving ability
- Advanced level proficiency in MS Office
