You’re a very organised person, great with admin, have lists for everything and love feeling like you’re “on top of things”. You're often the "go-to" person in the team because you're always willing to help.
You love customer service, but want to try something different. Less along the lines of troubleshooting and complaints, and more to do with onboarding/setting up new clients. You want to be exposed to more areas of business & work so you can further develop your skills and career.

This role is for Madhouse Bakehouse- they wholesale food/baked products into businesses like cafes & caterers but even huge clients like Airlines & Retail Chains. They’re fast growing and have some really exciting things in the pipeline.
They’re also a family-oriented company and while hard working, are also relaxed and understanding.
They need someone to assist the owner with sales coordination & admin support. Attend big sales meetings with him, taking notes and sending follow ups. Assisting with onboarding of new clients, checking orders and ‘hand holding’ until they get handed over to the Customer Service team.
So you need to be personable, excited and passionate about what they do, but also keen and driven to learn and grow.
You don’t need experience, you just need the aptitude and attitude to want to get things done and want to be a key player in the company. There is a lot of growth available as they’re growing fast, so your future is whatever you want to make of it!
