Our Personal Bankers provide outstanding levels of sales and service to our customers within our customer channel at Suncorp. In this role, you will interact with customers in line with our connect conversation framework, ensuring all interactions are conducted with the customer's best interests at heart.
What you'll do
- Interact with customers through various channels following our connect conversation framework.
- Manage a high volume of customer enquiries related to Home loans and Personal Banking in a 'virtual branch' environment.
- Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction measured through VOC and customer compliments.
- Effectively manage risk and compliance
- Resolve customer queries efficiently, regardless of the interaction channel.
- Contribute to broader regional needs, such as EDB/HL Contact Centre queues, Secure messages, and other projects.
- Contribute to the growth of the bank across lending and deposit portfolios.
- Full-time role, Monday to Friday, 8.30 - 16.45.
What you'll bring
- Planning and organizational skills to manage multiple customer requests simultaneously and work autonomously.
- Strong attention to detail in all aspects of your work.
- Problem-solving ability to break down complex situations into manageable components.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
