Are you an experienced Personal Banker looking to take the next step in their career? We currently have an exciting opportunity for a passionate, customer-focused Personal Banker to join our Ascot Branch team.

What will you do?
Our Personal Bankers act as the face of Qudos Bank being the first point of contact in helping our customers navigate their banking needs and empowering them to make their financial dreams come true. This is a Level 3Personal Banker position which means you will be responsible for assisting members with lending enquiries, such as Credit Cards, Personal Loans and Home Loans. You will also assist with complex enquiries, act as an escalation point to resolve complaints and actively cross-sell Qudos Bank’s products and services.

Key duties & responsibilities include:

• Support the Branch team to achieve Lending Sales, Service and operational outcomes

• Basic home loan enquiries and applications

• Assist members and prospective members with all lending enquiries across several channels including data entry,
  document preparation, ordering valuations and completing credit checks as well and communicating effectively with members throughout the loan application process

• Management of complex membership needs and enquiries

• Cash Handling and Management including accurately processing transactions and balancing

• Make outbound calls to new and prospective members

What do you need?
We would love to hear from experienced candidates who are passionate about customer service and banking and who may be aspiring to build their career as a Lending Specialist down the line.

To be successful in this role you will have:

• Previous lending experience in Credit Cards, Personal Loans and Home Loans, ideally in a face-to-face environment
  Cash handling experience

• A successful background in cross-selling products in a Financial Institution

• Customer-first attitude and experience to match

• Outstanding communication and problem-solving skills

• High attention to detail and ability to learn new systems and technologies
