As a Personal Banking Consultant your main objective will be to provide an exceptional level of personalised service to Members and guide them to a successful outcome by identifying individual needs, problem solving and proactively promoting our products and services.
This is a full time or part time position. The successful applicant will be willing to work at any branch within the Townsville region as required.
Selection Criteria:
- Demonstrated sales experience in a retail environment
- Cash handling experience
- Exceptional communication and customer service skills
- A demonstrated ability to positively adapt to change
- Ability to quickly build rapport with people and work as a supportive team member
- Experience in the Finance Industry (desirable)
