Form of workAs a Personal Banking Consultant your main objective will be to provide an exceptional level of personalised service to customers and guide them to a successful outcome by identifying individual needs, problem solving and proactively promoting our products and services.
This role will be on a casual basis, working approximately 25-30 hours per week. The role is primarily based in the Aitkenvale branch, however you may be required to work at any branch within the Townsville region.
Selection Criteria
To be eligible to apply for this position you must demonstrate the following:
- Demonstrated sales experience
- Cash handling experience
- Exceptional communication & customer service skills
- A demonstrated ability to positively adapt to change
- Ability to quickly build rapport with people and work as a supportive team member
- Experience in the finance industry (desirable)
