About the Role
We are seeking an energetic and genuine team player to join our friendly staff in the Caneland Central branch. This is great opportunity for someone who is experienced in the finance industry or a Trainee Personal Banking Consultant looking to kick start their career.
As a Trainee Personal Banking Consultant, you can kick start your career in the finance industry, through completing a qualification and gaining valuable on the job experience in our branch. If you've already got experience in banking, this role as a Personal Banking Consultant could also be for you!
Whether you are a trainee or have experience your main objective will be to provide an exceptional level of personalised service to Members and guide them to a successful outcome by identifying individual needs, problem solving and proactively promoting our products and services.
This is a full time position based on a 38 hour work week. The successful applicant will also be required to work at any branch within the Mackay region as required.
About You
Demonstrated sales experience
Cash handling experience
Exceptional communication & customer service skills
A demonstrated ability to positively adapt to change
High attention to detail
Ability to quickly build rapport with people and work as a supportive team member
Experience in the Finance Industry (desirable)
