**Shifts: Afternoon Shifts - Week Days with a total of around 54 Hours per fortnight Here at BlueCross, we are the largest, and leading provider of aged care in Victoria. We are looking for the “right attitude”. Reporting to the Manager, as a Personal Care Assistant you will be responsible for providing quality care by assisting clients with day-to-day tasks.

What your days will look like:

• Provide Personal Care to our clients
• Assist our clients with activities of daily living and lifestyle
• Provide clients with nutrition and hydration in a timely manner
• Ensure our client’s daily care is provided in a dignified manner
• Provide accurate documentation of daily care notes and observations as required
• Work closely with your team mates to ensure consistent care is provided to all our clients
• Escalate any issues or concerns to your Residence Manager
