Do you hold a (min) Certificate 3 in Individual Support or equivalent
Have you worked as a Carer in Aged Care?
Have you finished 1st year of Nursing, and keen to pick up casual shifts in Aged Care?
Join our casual Care Staff team today to work with our Aged Care clients in the Home Care/Community sector.
Community rostered shifts are between Monday and Friday starting in the morning from 7.00am.
Our Community shifts are situated in Cleveland, Logan and Eight Mile Plains.
As a member of our team, your compassion and professional approach to care will be valued by clients as you carry out day to day tasks to ensure they can continue to lead happy, safe and independent lives. Tasks will include:
- Personal Hygiene assistance
- Changing
- Showering
- Meal preparation
- Light domestic/cleaning duties
Along with the right qualifications and industry experience, you will hold:
- A Police Check
- Relevant Vaccinations
- First Aid and CPR Certificate
- You own car plus a QLD Drivers Licence (compulsory)
- Unrestricted working rights
A confident command of English is essential (written and verbal), as will be your mobile phone for use during your work hours.
