We're currently seeking a dedicated Personal Care Assistant specialising in continence and Care Support to join our collaborative team. Under the guidance of our Registered Nurses, you'll provide high-quality care to residents, assisting them with daily activities such as mobility, nutrition, hygiene, and grooming.
What we're seeking:
- Enthusiastic individuals passionate about our residents' well-being.
- Ability to deliver direct care services, including Activities of Daily Living (ADLs).
- Proficiency in monitoring resident continence care needs and providing necessary aids.
- Prompt response to call bells and resident requirements.
- Certificate III in Aged Care or equivalent qualification.
- National Police Check.
- Previous experience in an Australian Aged Care Facility.
- Team-oriented mindset focused on achieving optimal resident outcomes.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Empathy towards elderly residents and their families.
- Familiarity with Autumn Care is advantageous.
