- Oversee the maintenance of Eva’s visual identity across various platforms, ensuring the highest standards of design quality and attention to detail while maintaining a strong focus on a cohesive brand aesthetic.
- Participate in the creative direction of photoshoots and creative campaigns as guided by Senior Content Manager
- Support brand and marketing initiatives to ensure a consistent and successful Eva brand experience for customers.
- Establish and promote graphic design guidelines, best practices and standards.
- Push the Eva brand forward with compelling and innovative creative ideas
- Lead the design of creative digital assets across marketing campaigns and various channels (email, search, social, organic, website etc) in line with marketing, product and business goals.
- Mark up and manage retouching and image/video delivery, working closely with the Senior Content Manager to define production and output
- Mentor and provide creative feedback to junior designers where required.
- Assist in UX design to create and maintain a cohesive and consistent brand experience.
- Identify new opportunities to create content by keeping up with emerging trends and best practices in social media and digital design
- Create and manage global asset libraries for systematic and scalable design
- Superb design skills and mastery of Adobe Photoshop, InDesign, and Illustrator.
- Experience in a similar role, preferably for 4+ years.
- An eye for creating visually appealing content across social media, display, website design, and various other fun channels.
- An understanding of the challenges and opportunities in digital marketing, and the ability to leverage them to achieve great results.
- A passion for making a positive impact in the world and thriving in a dynamic startup environment.
- The ability to work effectively in a small, agile team, always learning, and transforming bold ideas into actionable strategies.
- Excellent project management skills to successfully handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- A strong attention to detail.
