Requirements:
- Candidates who have completed a Certificate III in individual support
or - Currently studying a nursing degree and have completed an aged care clinical placement
or - Internationally qualified nurses

- Strong empathy and compassion for patients' well-being.
- Flexibility to work in various shifts, including weekends and public holidays.

- Current NDIS worker screening clearance or in the process of getting the NDIS worker screening clearance.
Responsibilities:
- Provide compassionate and high-quality care to patients under the guidance of registered nurses.
- Assist with daily activities, including personal hygiene, mobility, feeding, and medication administration.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure a safe and comfortable environment for patients.
- Monitor and document patient vital signs, observations, and progress.
- Support patients and their families in understanding and adapting to the healthcare setting.
