Are you an enthusiastic, dedicated person looking for an opportunity to work as a Personal Care Assistant (PCA)?
As a Personal Care Assistant, you will work as part of a team providing safe and effective PERSONAL CARE tailored to the needs of your client group.
Duties include assisting and promoting independence with any of the following as required:
· Personal care including assisting with hygiene, dressing and grooming
· Mealtime assistance, washing, and supporting residents with activities of daily living
· Monitoring and document changing needs to ensure currency of care plans
· Transportation to community and medical appointments as required
· Maintaining cleanliness of living spaces
· Engaging clients in meaningful activities tailored to their individual needs and goals
· Facilitating activities related to health and wellness

Eligibility Criteria:
· Be an Australian citizen or permanent resident.
· Be willing to commit to a 12-month traineeship program
· Must have current or willing to undergo a police check
