About the opportunity
At Mercy Health, each moment, no matter how small, truly matters - and as a Personal Care Assistant, you'll make a genuine difference when it's needed the most.
● Provide quality resident-focused care utilising a person-centred approach and in accordance with care plans, Aged Care Standards and policies/procedures of Mercy Health
● Provide accurate and timely documentation relevant to resident care
● Work in consultation with other staff to provide relevant and timely information
● Preferred availability during the evening, overnight and weekends

To thrive in this role, you will have:
● Excellent time management, organisational and communication skills, with the ability to adapt and problem solve.
● A compassionate, flexible and positive approach.
● The ability to nurture friendly, respectful relationships and contribute to a collaborative team environment.
You will also be required to provide evidence of, or in the process of obtaining:
● Certificate III or IV in Aged Care.
● A current NDIS Clearance
