Estia Health has exciting opportunities for experienced Personal Care Attendants/Assistants (PCA's) to join our team at the following Estia Homes:

• Estia Health Plenty Valley (South Morang)
• Estia Health Coolaroo

Estia Health Plenty Valley Home is located in South Morang (806, Plenty Road, South Morang VIC 3752). Estia Health Plenty Valley is a warm and welcoming home, just off Plenty Road, in a vibrant residential area with shops and public transport close by. It is one of two Estia Health homes in the area, just minutes’ from Estia Health South Morang, providing choice of aged care services to the local community. 

Estia Health Coolaroo (15 Mladen Court, Coolaroo Victoria 3048) is a warm and welcoming home, that celebrates the local area’s multicultural diversity and offers residents the very best of care in a safe and supportive environment. Situated in a quiet cul-de-sac easily reached by rail and the Hume Highway and just a short drive from local services, including Broadmeadows Central shopping plaza.

Every individual in our homes has a story. You’ll get to know each one as you:

• Lend a hand with daily life – making sure our residents feel heard, comfy and well-fed.
• Work with our team to support those with challenging needs.
• Help keep our residents’ bodies and minds active.
• Keep tabs on our residents’ health – helping with treatments and providing medication under a registered nurse.
• Be a friend to our residents.
• Make sure every resident’s privacy and dignity is respected.

You’ll be a true team player and great communicator, with:

• A real desire to make a difference in people’s lives
• A certificate III or IV in Aged Care
• Time spent working as a caregiver or similar
• Solid clinical documentation and computer skills
