Casual PCA’s required for multiple shifts at our Lifeview Cranbourne home.
We are seeking weekday and weekend Casual Personal Care Assistants (PCAs) that are AM, PM ND professionals, to work at our award winning, Rainbow Tick accredited aged care homes in Cranbourne

Reporting to the Residential Manager, you will be working closely with your team to build collaborative relationships, prioritise tasks, have superior clinical ability and excellent verbal and written communication skills for accurate documentation.
A caring, can-do attitude will ensure your success in this role.

You must be prepared to:
- Commit to an orientation program and any other training requirements as required by the position.
- Be flexible to work a range of shifts (AM, PM and ND weekdays and weekend Shifts)
- Available to full-fill casual shifts at short notice
These roles require you to be:
- Cert III in Individual Support or similar.
- Minimum 1 years experience in the similar role
- Ability to engage with residents and have a compassion attitude.
- A Team Player who enjoys having FUN at work
- Willing to be multiskilled.
- Open minded
- Outcome driven.
- Display exceptional time management skills and attention to detail.
- Passionate about aged care
