PM - Monday to Sunday 1530-2200

Abberfield Aged Care is a 142-bed family owned facility located on Bluff Road Sandringham. Bus 825 is located at front of facility, and we are 4 minutes from Highett train station. We are a well-established home using with many long serving team members. We believe in and value your time.
What will we do for you?
As a Personal Carer, you will make a positive impact on the lives of our residents with your compassionate and supportive approach.
- Flexible shifts across morning, afternoon and night; including weekends
- Regular education sessions and toolbox sessions
- Instructional buddy program
- Undercover parking
- Upskilling and simple to use electronic care systems
To be successful in this role you will:
- Have a genuine passion to make a difference in people lives
- Value teamwork and be able to show initiative
- Provide exceptional Personal Care and support to residents
- Certificate III or IV in Aged Care/Individual Support /Community Care
- Experience in Aged Care
- Current National Police Check
- An understanding of the Aged Care Accreditation Standards and Outcomes
- Be vaccinated against COVID 19
- Have or willing to obtain a NDIS Clearance
