Personal Care Worker

Base Salary $30.11- $30.71 per hour.
Superannuation, overtime, penalty rates, allowances and other benefits provided in addition.

We are looking for Personal Care Workers to work fulltime at one of the following NSW facilities as listed below. As a Personal Care Worker with Bolton Clarke, you'll be supported in your role by a welcoming, experienced team and you will enjoy a salary of $59,497- $60,681 per annum as per Enterprise Agreement, depending on location, and the following:

Our Personal Care Workers provide assistance to our residents and at home clients, ensuring they are supported with services and activities that are centred around their wellbeing, independence, interests and choices. These include:
?maintaining hygiene and residents’ Personal Care needs such as dressing, grooming, mobility and exercise, light domestic cleaning duties, laundry, feeding, food and drink preparation, accompanying residents on outings / appointments / recreational activities in accordance with Bolton Clarke policies and procedures along with any activities as delegated by the Registered Nurse.
To be successful, you will have:
•At least a Certificate III in Individual Support or Disability or Aged Care will be highly regard but not necessary.
•Valid working rights in Australia (Passport, Birth Certificate etc)
•Police Check (valid within the last 3 years)
•2023 Flu vaccinations (or willingness to obtain)
•Evidence of Covid-19 vaccinations in line with current requirements
•Experience in care role highly regarded.
•NDIS Workers Screening Clearance or willingness to obtain (if applicable)
