Personal Care Worker

Home Care Personal Care Worker positions available to support our elderly clients to continue to remain independent and thrive within their own homes.

• Permanent Part-Time and Casual contracts available
• Permanent hourly rate of $30.60p/h - $31.38p/h + super
• Travel Allowance of $0.92 per KM PLUS paid travel time

• Ringwood, Kilsyth, Mount Evelyn, Lilydale, Bayswater, Ferntree Gully, Rowville and surrounding suburbs

Key Requirements:

• Current Australian Driver's License and ownership of a reliable insured vehicle
• Fully vaccinated (2) for Covid-19
• Flexibility to work rosters between Monday to Friday
• Availability to work Day shift
• Cert III in Individual Support/Disability or completed 1st year of a Nursing Degree and/or
• 12 months+ experience

Your New Role:

• Personal Care duties: assist customers with activities of daily living tasks such as showering, dressing, medication management, assisting with mobility and therapy goals
• Domestic assistance duties: such as light cleaning, laundry, and meal preparation
• Social support duties: transportation to appointments, shopping and social outings
