We have casual positions available right now for Personal care Workers based in the Gold Coast.
About the role
- Provide Personal Care and physical and emotional support to residents who require assistance with daily living.
- Participate in the development and review of resident/client care plans; complete charting and report any observed changes to resident health to the Registered Nurse/Enrolled Nurse.
- Maintain the personal dignity and privacy of all residents, their representatives, and staff, and ensure that all interactions with residents and their representatives are treated confidentially.
- Support and assist in the provision of a comfortable, safe, and secure environment.
- Undertake and complete tasks as delegated by Registered/Enrolled Nurse.
- Providing care both in' homes and within designated facilities.
About you
- Experience in aged care and holding a Certificate III in Individual Support or Disability.
- Be eligible to work in Australia.
- Current "C" class Qld driver's license
- A roadworthy, registered, and insured vehicle
- Current Blue Card and NDIS Worker Screening Clearance
- Current National Police check
- Current First Aid/CPR Certificate
- Covid 19 Vaccination
- NDIS Worker Orientation Certificate "Quality, Safety and You"
