What You Will Do: We are currently recruiting for several Perm Part Time & Casual Personal Care Workers to work AM, Afternoon & Night Shifts. As a Personal Care Worker with PresCare, you will play a crucial role in ensuring a positive resident experience. Your responsibilities include providing personalized care, completing thorough documentation, fostering a collaborative team approach, and delivering safe, high-quality care in line with Aged Care Quality Standards.

Who You Are:

• Hold a minimum Cert III in Aged Care or equivalent (or enrolled in the same)  - MANDATORY
• Currently hold and maintain an NDIS Worker Clearance (or willing to obtain).  - MANDATORY
• Full and valid working rights in Australia  - MANDATORY
• Bring experience in providing daily care and activities to clients.
• Demonstrate a passion for delivering a person-centered approach to care.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills are a must.

Employment Details:

• Contract Type: Permanent Part Time & Casual Contracts
• Hours: Minimum 20 hours per fortnight (AM, Afternoon and Night shift available)
• Salary Range: base rate of $28.25 to $31.90 per hour (Depending on experience) + 11% Superannuation+ NFP salary packaging + allowances
