About Menora Gardens Aged Care
Located in Menora - Home to 178 residents approximately 5km from Perth.
About the Opportunity
We are currently seeking experienced Personal Care Workers to join our on a part time time basis covering morning and afternoon shifts.
Reporting to our Registered Nurses, our Personal Care Workers are responsible for providing quality care to our residents. This includes:
- Providing direct care, support and guidance to residents in accordance with best practice.
- Working towards establishing positive relationships with our residents and working collaboratively within a team environment with an attitude of respect, integrity, teamwork and bring a little sparkle to our resident’s lives.
- Responsiveness to reporting incidents and changes in resident behaviour in a timely manner to our RNs.
About You
The ideal candidate must demonstrate the following:
- Certificate III or Certificate IV in Aged Care or Individual Support
- Aged Care Experience Minimum of 6 months
- Medication experience minimum 6 months
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
- Evidence of current Flu Vaccination
- Evidence of Covid-19 Vaccinations
- Eligibility to work in Australia
