Deliver in-home support services to our aged care customers to help them live independently & remain within their own homes:
- Support Worker Positions available for the provision of Personal Support Services
- Permanent Part-Time contracts available with hourly rate of $31.38p/h + 11% super
- Travel Allowance of $0.92 per KM PLUS paid travel time between clients
- Bulahdelah NSW location and surrounding suburbs including Stroud, Gloucester, Crawford River, Boolambayte, Topi Topi, Barrington, Forbesdale & Smiths Lake
Key Requirements:
- Current Australian Driver’s License and ownership of a reliable insured vehicle
- Fully vaccinated minimum 2 doses for Covid-19
- Flexibility to work 15 hours per week with rosters scheduled between 7am to 7pm between Monday to Sunday
- Must have a minimum 12 months experience in delivering Personal Care and/or a Certificate III in Individual Support
Your New Role:
- Personal Care: Personal hygiene, toileting, showering, dressing, help at mealtime & medication prompting
- Help at Home: such as cleaning, laundry, meal preparation & assisted dressing
- Transport: transportation to appointments, shopping and social outings
- Client Awareness: such as social interaction, client observations & ongoing training & support
