Job description
Deliver in-home support services to our aged care customers to help them live independently & remain within their own homes:
Support Worker Positions available for the provision of Personal Support Services
Permanent Part-Time contracts available with hourly rate of $31.38p/h + 11% super
Travel Allowance of $0.92 per KM PLUS paid travel time between clients
Key Requirements:
Current Australian Driver’s License and ownership of a reliable insured vehicle
Fully vaccinated minimum 2 doses for Covid-19
Flexibility to work rosters between 7am to 7pm between Monday to Sunday
Must have a minimum 12 months experience in delivering Personal Care and/or a Certificate III in Individual Support
Your New Role:
Personal Care: Personal hygiene, toileting, showering, dressing, help at mealtime & medication prompting
Help at Home: such as cleaning, laundry, meal preparation & assisted dressing
Transport: transportation to appointments, shopping and social outings
Client Awareness: such as social interaction, client observations & ongoing training & support

To be successful in this role:
Must have a Current Australian Provisional or Full Drivers licence
Must have a reliable vehicle – Comprehensive Insurance desirable not mandatory
Must either have a certificate III in Individual Support or 12 months experience working in a similar role or in an Aged Care setting
Must have received at least 2 doses of the COVID19 Vaccination
