As Head of Parts & Service for one of the leading Original Equipment Manufacturers in the Australian mining industry, you will be accountable for all aftermarket sales and service support while leading an organization of more than 450 employees.The ideal candidate for this role may reside either in Perth, Western Australia, or Brisbane, Queensland.Key responsibilities:
- Promote a safety-first culture within the service teams and across the organization. Ensure regular reviews of safety processes and identify areas for improvement within our service centres.
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance and grow our parts and service business.
- Prioritize customers satisfaction and loyalty by implementing strategies to effectively address their needs.
- Assess and develop new business opportunities by maintaining strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
- Continually improve the service process (including workshop, warehouse, and field service) to ensure profitability and efficiency while maintaining relevant quality control standards.
- Drive positive change by integrating Sustainability into our business practices and foster a culture of responsibility.
- Expand our digital customer offering as well as implement digital tools within our own operations.
