The Role
We are offering multiple permanent part-time opportunities for Personal Care Workers or Support Workers, to join either of our two facilities based in Maryborough, QLD. PresCare Yaralla Place has 96 beds and PresCare Groundwater Lodge has 60 beds.

What you will do
The Personal Care Worker is responsible for ensuring:

• Positive resident experience through resident-first approach
• Personal care is provided in accordance with each resident’s needs and preferences.
• Completing care documentation, including progress notes and daily charts
• A collaborative, team approach
• Manual handling of residents is undertaken safely and correctly
• Feedback and incidents are reported
• Safe, high-quality care is provided in accordance with the Aged Care Quality Standards

Who are you and what will you bring?

• Minimum Cert III in Aged Care or equivalent (or enrolled in same)
• Experience in providing daily care and activities to clients
• Currently hold and maintain an NDIS Worker Clearance (or willing to obtain) 
• Be passionate about delivering a person-centered approach to care
• Demonstrate strong verbal and written communication skills

Employment Details:

• Contract Type: Permanent Part Time Contract
• Hours: Minimum 20 hours per fortnight
• Salary Range: base rate of $28.25 to $31.90 per hour (Depending on experience) + 11% Superannuation+ NFP salary packaging + allowances
