Longridge Aged Care (South East South Australia) is looking for multiple Personal Care Assistants (aged carers), to assist in the day to day care of our long term residents.

As a Personal Care Assistant, you will make a positive contribution to the daily lives of our Residents. You will assist in their personal care, wellbeing and emotional support.
At Longridge we understand that work/life balance is important and you will need the flexibility to work across various shifts (mornings, afternoons and nights).
Successful applicants will be caring, dedicated and team-oriented and will need to demonstrate:
- Certificate III in Individual Support / Certificate III Aged Care or similar qualification essential;
- Ability to use clinical management software such as Lee Care is a plus;
- Ability to follow direction;
- Ability to work within a team;
- An understanding of Aged Care and resident rights and responsibilities;
