You will have experience working in the aged care sector as a Carer - preferably in home and community care. You are compassionate and you understand the importance of delivering exceptional holistic care.
  
We are currently recruiting HOME AND COMMUNITY CAREPersonal Carers to service our growing clients the in Northern suburbs.  You will be travelling to our clients private homes to assist them and care for them.  Shift types include personal care, HOME CARE (domestic assistance either basic tidying up or meal prep) and transport shifts. 

You must be willing and able to pick up work in at least two of the following municipalities -

City of Banyule
City of Darebin
City of Moonee Valley
City of Merri-bek
City of Brimbank
City of Nillumbik

We need from you:

• Certificate III in Aged Care or equivalent e.g. Cert III Individual Support, Cert III HACC or nursing qualification or be studying towards one
• MUST HAVE YOUR PROBATIONARY OR FULL DRIVERS LICENCE
• MUST HAVE YOUR OWN RELIABLE CAR WITH INSURANCE
• Experience in community care, preferably 
• Demonstrated verbal and written communication skills including the ability to read and interpret care-plans
• Current first aid and CPR or willingness to obtain at own expense
• Current police check
• Covid vaccinations (3 doses) and willingness to obtain an annual flu vaccine
